Preparatory work

To prepare the site of our DIY queer festival in Creuse (23), the Déviantes team is organizing a number of building site days far from hegemonic masculinities. There’s no mansplaning here, just a desire to pay attention to the power relations and oppression that run through groups, while having fun and learning new things.

The Déviantes team is organizing two major building site days:

• From Friday May 9 to Friday May 16
• From Monday June 16 to Sunday June 22

Outside these dates, your help is also very welcome, as it’s an opportunity to get together in a smaller group and share in the life of the place. If you’d like to come between the beginning of May and the end of August, don’t hesitate to check out Fleurs Workaway page:

There will also be time for setting up before the festival (August 19 to 22) and tidying up (August 25 to 27), and we’d be delighted if you could give us a hand.
